GE To Acquire Cyber Security Company Wurldtech

GE has inked a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Wurldtech, a Vancouver, British Columbia-based cyber security solutions company. Wurldtech will retain its name and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
