Flowtown Has Been Acquired By Demandforce

Flowtown has been acquired by Demandforce, writes Ethan Bloch, CEO and co-founder of the company in a blog post. “If Dan and I continued to build Flowtown independently, Demandforce would be exactly the kind of organization we’d envision building,” Bloch said. Dan Martell is co-founder of Flowtown. The size of the deal was not disclosed.

Flowtown is a San Francisco-based social media marketing company. Founded in 2003, Demandforce develops SaaS (software-as-a-service) applications automated marketing and communications solutions for the auto, chiropractic, dental, optometry, and spa industries, among others. According to the company’s Crunchbase profile, Demandforce has achieved 18 quarters of over 80 per cent year-over-year quarterly growth.
