Facebook Launches New Paper App

Facebook-Paper

Facebook has launched a new app called Paper, that helps users explore and share stories.

The Facebook News Feed provides an unformatted, unindexed stream of data from friends, and the people we follow. The Paper app takes all this unstructured content, and sections the posts into categories, much like a newspaper. Users can customize Paper with a choice of over a dozen sections about various themes and topics—from photography and sports to food, science and design.

Paper is the first product from Facebook Creative Labs, a section within the company working on new apps to support the ways people want to connect and share.

Paper will be available for the iPhone in the US on February 3rd.
