Enservio Acquires Insurers World

Enservio, a provider of property insurance analytics, affinity marketing and claims solutions, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Insurers World. The size of the deal was not revealed.

As a combined entity, Enservio will now provide solutions to 12 of the largest property insurers in the nation, have over 300 insurer customers and over 450 employees nationally, says the company.

Insurers World will continue to retain its distinct brand identity.
