Element Analytics raises $19.5M in Series A funding

Element Analytics, a San Francisco-based developer of analytics data management and integration software for industrial companies, has raised a Series A funding of $19.5 million.

Existing investors Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers participated in the investment (Kleiner Perkins Green Growth Fund), along with new investors GE Ventures, Honeywell Ventures, ABB Technology Ventures, Mitsui, Aster and Blue Bear Capital.

Element Analytics says it plans to use the funding to invest in software development, market development and operations. The company has raised $22 million to date.
