Egis’ fingerprint sensor selected for Samsung Galaxy C7

Taipei-based fingerprint sensor provider Egis Technology’s ET320 fingerprint touch sensor has been implemented into select models of the Samsung Galaxy C7, said the company in a statement.

Going forward, we plan to expand our collaboration with Samsung Electronics as well as continue to advance our development of simpler, stronger, and more accurate biometric authentication solutions,” said Steve Ro, CEO and chairman of Egis Technology.
