Two Norwegian politicians, Baard Vegar Solhjell and Snorre Valen, of the country’s Socialist Left Party, have jointly nominated former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden for the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize, according to a Washington Post article by Brian Fung.
