Docket raises $1.25M

Docket, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides a platform for managing meetings, has raised $1.25 million from new investors Sequoia Capital, Emergence Capital, Horizons Ventures and Maven Ventures. Existing investor High Alpha Capital also participated in the round.

The investment extends Docket’s $1.5 million seed round closed in January. That round was led by Allos Ventures with participation from High Alpha Capital, Elevate Ventures and Simon Equity Partners.
