Deloitte has acquiring the assets of Vigilant, a company in the security monitoring and cyber threat intelligence space. The combined practices will operate under the Vigilant by Deloitte brand.  

Ed Powers, principal and national leader of Deloitte’s Security & Privacy practice, will lead the Vigilant by Deloitte cyber threat management services.
