Dell Technologies, Salesforce ink strategic agreement

Salesforce and Dell Technologies have inked an agreement, where Dell Technologies employees worldwide will be expanding the use of Salesforce’s sales, service, and marketing applications and CRM platform.

Dell Technologies customer contact centers worldwide will also have access to Service Cloud Einstein, integrating with the existing Sales Cloud footprint.

In addition, the companies will use Dell Boomi’s cloud-native connection platform to move large volumes of data between the businesses.
