Dell Completes Regulatory Clearance For Merger

dellDell has received all necessary pre-merger regulatory clearances, says the company, for the transaction in which Michael Dell, Dell’s founder, chairman and CEO, is acquiring the company in partnership with technology investment firm Silver Lake Partners.

The transaction is expected to close before the end of the third quarter of Dell’s FY2014.
