Dell Acquires Enstratius

Dell_Enstratius

Dell has acquired enterprise cloud-management software and services provider Enstratius. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dell plans to keep Enstratius’s employees, and says will continue to invest in additional engineering and sales capabilities.

Enstratius was founded in 2008, and is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minn.
