Deep Nishar Leaving LinkedIn

Deep Nishar, the head of products and user experience at LinkedIn, will be leaving the professional networking site after a six-year stint. In a statement, Mr. Nishar said he looks forward to the possibilities that the future holds, but did not add further details.

I am passionate about building and leading businesses and companies that have the potential to make a significant positive impact in the world and have had the honor and privilege of doing so at both LinkedIn and Google. I look forward to the possibilities that the future holds and the opportunity for a ‘three-peat;’ or, as my cricketing buddies would say, a ‘hat-trick.

Mr. Nishar will continue to be working in an advisory capacity with LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner and the company.
