CyberCoders Acquired In $105M Deal

CyberCodersTechnology recruiting firm CyberCoders has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by On Assignment, for $94 million in cash and an earn-out opportunity of $11 million. The transaction is expected to close in early December.

CyberCoders will become a division of On Assignment and continue to operate under the CyberCoders brand name. Heidi Golledge, president and CEO, and Matt Miller, CTO, will continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
