CounterTack raises $20M Series D round

CounterTack, a provider of behavior and memory-based Endpoint Threat Platform (ETP), has raised $20 million in a Series D round.

The funding was led by new investors Singtel Innov8, the venture capital arm of the Singtel Group, along with SAP National Security Services. There was also follow-on investment from existing CounterTack investors.
