Cognizant to modernize McCormick’s global tech infrastructure in 5-year deal

Cognizant has announced a new five-year agreement with McCormick & Company, to transform and manage its global technology infrastructure.

Under the agreement, Cognizant is expected to deliver AI-automated tools for McCormick’s 13,000 employees across more than 80 global sites. Key capabilities that Cognizant is expected to deliver over the next five years include self-service capabilities, improved service productivity, and cost savings.
