Clypd Raises $7.25 Million

Television advertising solutions company clypd has raised $7.25 million in Series A-1 financing. The round was led by Atlas Venture, with participation from angel investors including John Battelle, founder and CEO of Federated Media, among others.

Earlier investors Data Point Capital, Freestyle Capital, Transmedia Capital, Tribeca Venture Partners and Boston Seed Capital also participated in the round.
