Cloudmark has appointed Jason Donahue chief executive officer. As chief executive, Mr. Donahue plans to grow Cloudmark’s presence in the messaging security industry by expanding relationships with partners and by exploring new areas of investments for expansion, according to the company website.

Mr. Donahue earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science, Organizational Engineering and Management and a Master’s of Science, Engineering Management from Stanford University.
