Cindy Taylor Joins AT&T Board

ATT

AT&T has appointed Cindy B. Taylor to its board of directors. Ms. Taylor is president, chief executive officer and a director of Oil States International. She will serve on the audit committee of AT&T’s Board of Directors.

Oil States International is a diversified solutions and services provider for the oil and gas industry. Ms. Taylor served as Oil States’ president and chief operating officer from 2006 to 2007, and as its senior vice president-chief financial officer and treasurer from 2000 to 2006. Previously, she worked in public accounting for Ernst & Young and in senior finance positions with other energy industry companies.

Ms. Taylor is also a director of Tidewater. She previously served as a director of Global Industries.

Ms. Taylor holds a B.B.A in accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
