Cigna, SocialWellth To Unveil Certified Health Apps Marketplace

Health services company Cigna and digital health social engagement company SocialWellth are co-creating a selective and curated Go You Cigna Marketplace that will feature mobile health apps.   

Joan Kennedy (Senior vice president, consumer health engagement, Cigna): When it comes to choosing the best health and fitness app, 40,000 choices is no real choice at all.

Go You Cigna Marketplace health apps will be certified by SocialWellth, using a process leveraging behavioral psychologists, information architects and other internal and external subject matter experts, says Cigna.
