Cigna Launches Private Health Care Service Exchange

Cigna has established a private retail exchange, currently available to employers in Atlanta, Dallas, Washington, D.C. metro area, and San Francisco. The healthcare exchange will be expanded to other markets and larger employer groups throughout 2014, says the company.
