Celestial AI raises $100M

Santa Clara, Calif.-based Celestial AI – a company working on photonic fabric, an optical interconnect technology platform for compute and memory – has raised $100 million in a Series B funding round.

The investment in Celestial AI was led by IAG Capital Partners, Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT) and Temasek’s Xora Innovation fund. Other investors in the round include Samsung Catalyst, Smart Global Holdings (SGH), Porsche, The Engine Fund, imec.xpand, M Ventures and Tyche Partners.
