CafePress Announces Pricing Of Initial Public Offering

Cafepress has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,500,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $19.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on March 29, 2012 under the symbol “PRSS.” Of the shares of common stock in the offering, CafePress is offering 2,500,000 shares and selling stockholders are offering 2,000,000 shares. In addition, certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 675,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

J.P. Morgan Securities and Jefferies & Company are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company,  Janney Montgomery Scott and Raymond James & Associates are acting as co-managers.
