BlackBerry Waiting For Apple To Clear Messenger App For IPhones

Its been a couple of weeks since the BlackBerry Messenger app was sent for review to Apple, says Alex Kinsella, a senior account manager with BlackBerry.

Apple reviews every app submitted based on a set of technical, content, and design criteria. Review times can vary for each app. Companies can also request an expedited review of the app, though these are granted on a limited basis. You can read about Apple’s app review process here. 

BlackBerry says the Messenger will be available on Android soon.
