BitTorrent Creator Working On DissidentX Censorship Resistance Tool

DissidentXBram Cohen, the creator BitTorrent is working on DissidentX, a censorship resistance tool. “The primary use case for DissidentX is encoding messages in files on the web.” according to the DissidentX steganographic framework on GitHub.

DissidentX has the capability of steganographically encoding messages in files. Messages cannot be decoded without the key, and it uses a single decoder for all file types and encoding techniques, including all future ones.
