Bill Brown Joins Veracode As CIO & Senior VP

Bill Brown has joined Veracode as CIO and senior vice president of IT and SaaS Operations. He will focus on making IT, Systems Engineering, and Operations a strategic asset in scaling the Veracode platform.

Mr. Brown, who was previously vice president and CIO at Avid Technology, has more than 25 years of management experience in information technology. Prior to joining Avid in August 2011, Mr. Brown served in several senior leadership roles at Iron Mountain, including CIO. He was also a co-founder and executive vice president of PCs Compleat, a PC retailer/distributor acquired by CompUSA and has also held senior management positions at PC Connection, Send.com, JWP/Businessland and Merisel.

Mr. Brown holds a MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics from Bridgewater State College.
