Bentley Systems acquires Synchro Software

Bentley Systems has acquired London-based 4D construction modeling software company Synchro Software.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Since 2012, Bentley has invested more than $1 billion in research, development, and acquisitions, said the company in a statement.
