AT&T, IBM To Extend Secure Private Network

AT&T and IBM are extending AT&T NetBond services to the SoftLayer platform under a new partnership, which means AT&T Virtual Private Network (VPN) customers can now use AT&T NetBond to connect their IT infrastructure to SoftLayer’s cloud services.  The extension of the IBM and AT&T alliance will allow businesses to create hybrid-computing solutions, say the two companies.
