AOL’s Group Acquires Buysight

AOL’s Group has acquired Buysight, a provider of retargeting and intent-based targeted advertising. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Buysight is based in Sunnyvale, California, and has former Yahoo executives at the helm.
