AOL’s Advertising.com Group Acquires Buysight

AOL’s Advertising.com Group has acquired Buysight, a provider of retargeting and intent-based targeted advertising. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Buysight annoucement (excerpt): Buysight will continue to provide our clients with the personal service and attention that has resulted in so many strong and lasting relationships. Our leadership remains at the helm, committed to the company’s long-term vision.

Buysight is based in Sunnyvale, California, and has former Yahoo executives at the helm.
