AOL has agreed to acquire marketing optimization and analytics platform Convertro for roughly $101 million. AOL will integrate Convertro with its AdLearn Open Platform (AOP), with Adap.tv; as a standalone attribution modeling tool; and with AOL One, the company’s unified advertising platform.
