AMD Appoints New Board Members

AMD

AMD has appointed Nora Denzel and Mike Inglis to its board of directors. Board director H. Paulett Eberhart will not be standing for re-election, says the company.

Ms. Denzel, most recently a senior executive of Intuit, and previously of HP and IBM, is currently a member on the board of directors of Saba Software, Ericsson and Outerwall.

Mr. Inglis’ experience spans ARM, Motorola and Texas Instruments. He previously served on the board of directors of ARM, currently serves on the board of directors of Pace.
