Adyen Raises $250M


Global payments technology company Adyen has closed $250 million in funding. The round was led by General Atlantic, with additional participation from Temasek, Index Ventures and Felicis Ventures.

Adyen clients include:

  • Facebook works with Adyen to process global transactions for its games and ads activities in 137 countries across North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
  • Spotify partners with Adyen to enable subscription purchases in 58 countries and 22 different currencies.
  • Airbnb relies on Adyen to allow global hosts and guests to use local payment methods such as Alipay in China.

Adyen has over 3,500 customers globally, according to the company, including four of the five largest U.S. Internet companies.

CGI wins 10-year AOUSC contract for $143.5M

CGI has been awarded a ten-year IDIQ contract by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. If all options are exercised, the total value of the task order will be $143.5 million.
