ADP acquires WorkMarket

Human resources management software and services company ADP has acquired WorkMarket, a  cloud-based workforce management solution provider. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

WorkMarket was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in New York City. Backed by Union Square Ventures, Spark Capital, Foundry Group, and Accenture Ventures.
