Activision To Launch New SpongeBob SquarePants Games

Nickelodeon and Activision Blizzard have signed a new multi-year agreement to develop and publish video games featuring SpongeBob SquarePants worldwide.

The first game to be published in the new partnership will be SpongeBob SquarePants: Plankton’s Robotic Revenge, an action-adventure video game set to be released this October for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii/Wii U and Nintendo DS/3DS handheld systems.  

SpongeBob SquarePants: Plankton’s Robotic Revenge is a third-person, co-op gaming adventure, developed by Behaviour Interactive. Fans can choose to play as SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Sandy or Mr. Krabs.
