Frontier Capital Invests In JobApp

JobApp, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider for recruiting and talent management systems has received a ‘substantial investment’ from Frontier Capital and executive management.  The size of the investment was not revealed.

Montgomery and Co. acted as financial advisor to JobApp. Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice provided legal counsel to Frontier Capital.
