Zuora Raises $50M In Series E Investments

Subscription commerce and billing company Zuora has raised $50 million in a Series E round. Next World Capital, Vulcan Capital, and Northgate Capital participated in the round, along with existing investors  Benchmark Capital, Greylock Partners, Index Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, Shasta Ventures, Tenaya Capital, Dave Duffield, and Marc Benioff.

Abhishek Agrawal of Vulcan Capital and Craig Hanson of Next World Capital will be joining the Zuora board of directors.

The latest investments bring the total amount of capital raised by Zuora to $132.5 million.
