Real Estate Marketplace Trulia Files For $75M IPO

Online real estate marketplace Trulia has filed IPO documents with the SEC.  According to Trulia’s Form S-1, the company is planning to raise $75 million from the initial public offering.  The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

J.P. Morgan Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets, Needham & Company and William Blair are acting as co-managers.
