HP Unveils Portfolio Of ProLiant Gen9 Servers

HP has unveiled a new portfolio of ProLiant Generation 9 servers. The servers are optimized for convergence, cloud and software-defined environments, and feature new technology like HP-unique PCIe accelerators and HP DDR4 SmartMemory, says the company. The servers span four architectures — blade, rack, tower and scale-out.  The servers will be available through HP and worldwide channel partners beginning Sept. 8.
