Houzz Raises $165M

Home remodeling site Houzz has raised $165 million in funding. The investment was led by Sequoia Capital with participation from existing investors Oren Zeev, New Enterprise Associates, GGV Capital, and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, as well as new participants DST Global and T. Rowe Price. 

In another development, Houzz launched the beta version of the Houzz Marketplace, a marketplace for home products. 

Houzz has more than doubled its team to 300 employees since January 2014.
