San Jose, Calif.-based Yobi, an AI-based customer communications app provider for small businesses, has raised $2.37 million in a seed round.

HRC2139 Investments and IRA Capital invested in the funding, along with angel investors Charles Annenberg Weingarten, Keith Donald, and Jason Young.
