Yahoo appoints IMS sales partner in Latin America

Yahoo has hired digital marketing agency IMS Internet Media Services to help drive advertising sales in Spanish-speaking Latin America.

The core offerings IMS will provide on behalf of Yahoo to clients in Latin America include:

  • High-impact premium formats: includes Yahoo Homepage, along with news, sports, finance and lifestyle properties, for brand building and content marketing.
  • Audience display and video: leveraging Yahoo’s data set and targeting solutions to reach more audiences across Yahoo sites and apps, and third-party inventory.
  • Native advertising through Yahoo Gemini: tapping into the native ad format to reach target audiences across devices.
  • Programmatic advertising through BrightRoll: driving programmatic buying to connect with consumers across ad formats and devices.

Sony Pictures Television has a majority stake in IMS.
