[Techtaffy Newsdesk]

Wired will be hosting the Wired Live exhibition, to be held November 15-18, 2012 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

Nearly 200 interactive exhibits will be on display at the exhibition, says Wired. Exhibitors are expected to leverage Wired Live’s qualified audience for their holiday roll-outs, with some items available for purchase right on the show floor.

Comedian, writer, founder and chief creative officer of Nerdist Industries, Chris Hardwick will be the Wired Live Spokesperson. Exhibit features will reflect major trends in Wired editorial, ranging from Geek Dad Workshop and Best of Test to Living by Numbers.

Other highlights and features of Wired Live include a Maker Zone presented by Autodesk, Epicurious Kitchen of the future, Thrive presented by responsive textile technology Celliant,  and Space: The Eternal Frontier from Nasa.

Powered by a multi-platform advertising campaign, including an initiative with Klout, Wired Live is expected to drive up to 50,000 visitors.
