Verve raises $30 million

Location-based mobile marketing platform Verve has raised $30 million debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank.

Verve is a location-based mobile marketing platform that connects advertisers with consumers. Headquartered in New York City, Verve has offices in San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Chicago, London, Eastern Europe, India and Southeast Asia.
