Google Cloud and HashiCorp announced an expansion of their partnership, focusing on integrating generative AI into cloud transformation solutions for their mutual customers.

Advertising technology company Simpli.fi has closed a $16 million Series B growth investment. The financing was led by Frontier Capital. Several existing investors, including Contour Venture Partners, also participated.
