Majesco, a company that provides cloud insurance software solutions, has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Thoma Bravo for $594 million.

K2, a startup that provides business application platforms and solutions, has raised over $100 million in a Series C round of funding from private equity firm Francisco Partners. Jefferies is serving as exclusive financial advisor to K2 in connection with the transaction. Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton is serving as legal advisor.
