Maxar Technologies has announced its intent to exercise its call option to take full ownership of 3D data and analytics firm Vricon, for approximately $140 million. 

Maxar Technologies was selected by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to develop an analytics system for characterizing and tracking the behavior of vehicles.

Maxar Technologies has been awarded a $14.2 million contract to develop Red Wing.
