New York-based intelligent safety platform provider RapidSOS, has raised $75 million. The funding was led by NightDragon. 

Element, an industrial data hub provider, has closed an $18 million Series B funding round. The investment was co-led by Activate Capital and Forte Ventures.

Gradient AI, an enterprise software provider of artificial intelligence solutions in the insurance technology space, has raised $6 million.
