Splunk names Katie Bianchi chief customer officer


Splunk has appointed Katie Bianchi to senior vice president and chief customer officer. She will be reporting to Gary Steele, Splunk president and CEO.

In her role, Ms. Bianchi will oversee the company’s worldwide Customer Success and Professional Services team, Splunk said in a statement.

Ms. Bianchi joined Splunk in 2018, and was named SVP of Customer Success in 2021. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade at GE, where she served as the company’s vice president of Customer Success at GE Digital.

Ms. Bianchi holds a B.S. from Ithaca College and an M.B.A from Boston College.
