SocialRadar Raises $12.75M

SocialRadar has secured $12.75 million in Series A funding. The round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Grotech Ventures and SWaN & Legend Ventures. A long list of angel investors, including Steve Case, Ted Leonsis, Dave Morin, Kevin Colleran, Steven Gruber, Mark Ein, Roger Novak, Jack Biddle, Matthew Pittinsky, Tom Davidson, Dan Cane, Andrew Rosen, Peter Corbett,  Dan Mindus and NextGen Angels, a DC-area angel investor group.

Dayna Grayson from NEA, Steve Fredrick from Grotech Ventures, Fred Schaufeld from SWaN & Legend Venture Partners and Kevin Colleran will be joining the SocialRadar board.

SocialRadar is developing technologies in the social location space and working on apps for iPhone, Android, and Google Glass.
