Smartsheet raises $52M

Collaborative SaaS platform Smartsheet has raised $52.1 million in Series F funding, led by existing investor Insight Venture Partners. Existing investors Madrona Venture Group and Sutter Hill Ventures, as well as new investor Summit Partners, also participated in the round.

Smartsheet previously secured $68 million in funding from Insight Venture Partners, Madrona Venture Group, Sutter Hill Ventures, and other investors.
